    Vokda and Diet V8 Splash. I add just a tad more splenda to mine and then some crushed ice and blend to make my very own grown up slurpee.

    yes..yes.. i must try it

    i have been going with the 100 cal lite beer.. need change plus as a guy ive been trying to stay under 1100 calories.. (and that sixpack at lunch is maaking the afternoon harder at work

    that sounds yummy...i went out for my birthday last night and only had 3 mixed drinks and i gained 2 pounds this morning (prob in water weight) i need to find drinks that aren't going to kill my diet. i'll prob try this one

    My personal favorite is the Berry Blend, but there are a couple of other flavors too. It's also very good for you! Only 8% juice - mostly water, but it's main juice is carrot juice and it gives you 100% of Vitamin A and 100% of something else too, can't remember. lol

    Oh and that should say VODKA, not Vokda. Maybe I had a little too much! LOL

    LOL it sounds delicious! What is the carb (and fiber if any)count in the Diet V8 Splash?
    I'll have to give it a try if it's within my carb limit.

    I'll wil try that, sounds very tasty. So far I have not gained any weight when drinking some alcohol on Fridays (my cheat day ) but I make sure to drink lots of water that day and at least 24 oz of water before I go to bed. I never had a hang over and felt great the next day. I noticed though that it only takes a couple of drinks now to get me going when before I could drink a lot more before I started to feel any effects.

    It's 10 calories per serving (8oz) and 3 carbs I think but I don't know the fiber so I don't know what net carbs are but it is sweetened with splenda.

    That sounds yummy...and it's only Wednesday. :-(


    Another low cal favorite of mine diet Coke with Bacardi Limon Rum and fresh limes. I used to like Cuba Libres (sp?)...basically rum & coke with extra lime, but the Coke has wayyyy too many cals.

    I love wine too and I think a regular glass of red wine is 90-100 cals.

    Is it Friday yet?
