I was wondering has anyone felt anxiety since they started on phen.B/c within the last week or so Ive been feeling like Im about to jump out of my skin, sometimes stiff neck, eye twitching among other things. And when i start researching it seems like its anxiety or panic attack. The article I read on anxiety said it can be like an overuse of caffeine, decongestant or diet pills.Has anyone else felt this way or Is anyone else taking anything for panic attack? I have to go to my pcp on friday so I have a felling he's gonna put me on something b/c he's finger happy with those scripts except for phen. Also he put me on a medication for acid-reflux I dont know if that might be the problem or what. But i felt so scared last night I took me an activan and it put me to sleep. The only time I can get any releif from this if I just lay down.Sorry i hope the post wasnt too long. But someone please give me some feedback

phen is amphetamine class drug, so the symptoms you described are not surprising. insomnia and a few other things are also the kinds of things.

dont know if you are taking the 15mg or the 30(37.5). Maybe you want to cut back some, usually the side effects go down after a bit.

Also, you might want to try a calming agent. Some heavy chamomile tea or Valerian root (in herbs section near the vitamins, minerals & other herbs). Also when feeling the anxieties, a hot shower/bath, a hot water bottle/heating pad on the belly and/or especially, behind the neck can bring you back
Weightloss success depends on changing eating habits (most regain the weight if we return to our previous lifestyle). Eat like the food pyramid. Lots of dark/colorful veggies & fruits; lean proteins (chicken, skim milk, fish); modest amounts of seeds/nuts & whole grains; start walking and do some resistance exercises to build muscle. Good luck!

I suffer from panic attacks, but surprisingly I haven't had one while on the Phen yet. If you want to send me a PM I can tell you more about it and you can find out if this is really what you are experiencing. The Phen speeds up your heartrate which can cause anxiety in some people. If you are drinking any kind of caffiene during the day, stop. At least until you get your panic under control.

"Lord, you said that once I decided to follow you, you'd walk with me all the way. But I have noticed that during the most troublesome times in my life, there is only one set of footprints in the sand. I don't understand why when I needed you most you would leave me." The Lord replied: "My precious child, I love you and I would never leave you. During your times of trial and suffering, when you saw only one set of footprints, it was then that I carried you."

I suffer from panic attacks but I haven't had an actual attack while on phen. Although I do feel anxious and edgy. I used to take 30mg of Ionamin but now I've switched to the 15mg capsule. It still works.

I stopped taking caffeine until my body adjusted more to the phen.

I felt anxious frequently when I took phen. Between that and the insomnia, I decided to stop taking it. You may want to cut down your dosage and see if it helps.
