Thread: week 4 no weight loss, what am i doing wrong??

    here it is week 4 and i have lost nothing, but i haven't gained either. does it take awhile to kick in... does anyone know?

    Yup, everybody is different, so hang in there.

    Just be sure to drink plenty of water, at least 8 glasses a day, and "EXERCISE", of course is the key, plenty of walking, stair climbing, helps burn those calories. But I'm sure you know all that, so what can I say, Good Luck!

    Hm, I'm one to share my opintions & thoughts.. so I will do so on the subject ....
    Obviously I have no idea what you've already done, but you can't just depend on the phen itself, you've got to make a total life change. Change your eating habits, change your daily activities to more physical ones (if you're medically able to) and even change the way you think. Like I said, maybe you've already done those things, I have no way of knowing, but you've got to do more than take the phen & wait for it to work... that sounds like I'm saying you're not trying.. but I'm not, I promise! Anyway, like Jackin said up there, everyone is different and it will definately take a little time to start on some people and even if it did start working from the beginning, its affects will work differently on each of us, even if we ultimately are doing the same thing with it (losing weight). Oh and also lots of water water water... what else can I say?? WATER! lol Maybe 8 glasses is right, but from what I've read and my personal experience, it doesn't need to be 8 it just needs to be enough for your body to stay hydrated.. so when you're thirsty, put down the coke & get the dasani! lol, I hope I was able to give you some halfway decent advice and remember it was only that, just advice, not at all trying to assume anything

    You may not have done anything wrong, but if you haven't lost on phen then you may want to talk to your doctor about trying another type of pill. You should lose something on phen if its the right type for you. If you are only on the 15mg pill I would ask for the 30 or the 37.5.

    Phen is a great assistant but not all phentermine is created equally. Some manufacturers product is better than others.

    Just trying adjusting your eating and workout plan alittle. Maybe try upping your calories just a bit. Up your exercise routine alittle. Keep up the good work but our bodies sometime get immune to the same thing everyday.

    Im back at this agian....I just had a little boy on 1/14/08 and now need to get this pregnancy weight off I have lost 27lbs so far since giving birth but have a whole lot more to go.
