Hi, I started taking phen on the 2nd of August, and officially started going to the gym on Monday, the 6th. My starting weight was 187, and now I'm at 190. I'm trying to stay away from the scale and stay positive but its really hard. I'm staying away from carbs, and I read that I need to make sure I'm getting at least 1200 calories a day, which i am definitely doing, and I drink lots of water. Does it always take so long to work? I know I'm asking for a some fast results, but I keep thinking if I gained 40 pounds in 6 months, I should be able to lose it. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks
