NEED HELP - after week 1 on Phentermine - Phentermine.com

Hi everyone - I'm a new member and new on Phen. Just started one week ago.

I don't have one of those cool weight tickler things because I don't know how to do it. Anyway, I'm 10lbs lighter this week and I'm excited even though I know its all water weight. It's been so cold here that I have not began excercising. I know once I start my walking my weight should decrease faster right?

But, I am having a problem. The phen is not really working in terms of that "extra energy" boost everyone talks about. Why? My phen is through prescription/actual pharmacy. 30mg. I was hoping for that energy kick.

It is working so well for the suppressing of my appetite that I can't eat. I now look at food and I feel like throwing up. I try to eat breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner and drink lots of water. But, I don't think I'm even making it to 1,000 calories because there have been a few times that I'm eating and its like I have morning sickness. Is this normal? I love that I can pass by McDonalds & smell the fries cooking and never feel hungry, etc. But even my egg beater breakfast I can't eat.

Maybe this is not a bad thing but I don't want to stop/delay my weight loss. Can someone PLEASE help & give my some suggestions?

ive been on Phen for a week also and im having the same prob as you as far as lack of energy. my friend is on the same prescription and she is jittery and full of energy-while im struggling to get my daily chores done.
my appetite is supressed to an extent but, i find myself getting hungry several times throughout the day.so, i wish that i couldnt eat! since i have been taking Phen, i feel loopy; even a little impaired. ive noticed that my speech is off where im studdering and slurring my words.
im guessing we are just experiencing a few side effects??

i'm actually getting that huge energy boost and i'm always feeling like i need to move. if i'm still, i feel jittery. however it's not supressing my appetite very well at all. i guess everyone reacts differently to the drug.

it may not have anything to do with it, but in my experience, every time my pills are made by a different manufacturer, the side effects will be different.

Everyone does react differently with phen, I only had that energy boost for a few months. But if it is suppressing your appetite it is working. However, food is energy and you need to make it a point to eat something every few hours. Try a protein shake, fruit, veggies, something to give your body fuel.

Hi Everyone,

I feel the same way jcrew6. I take my pill at 1.30pm and I feel sooo Weak and like im not even on EARTH. my head feels heavy, i talk realllly slow. LOL However i dont eat as much 3 times a day Morning - Lunch,snack - Dinner. I was told not to go to the GYM for a while by my doctor! So when i weight my self next monday (that would make 1 week) i will see whats happening to my body/ weight loss....

I cant even remember which one I used to go to. It would have been 1 /1/2 yrs ago, because my little one just turned 16 mo. Most likely I used the name kukecrisp... anyways... if just wondering if this is the same person or not.
