Hi everyone, I remember an old thread where a few of you talked about wearing some type of stomach band when you exercised.

Where did you buy it?

I purchased one at Target, it was for my mom though for her birthday. I heard they do make you sweat more around tghat area but as soon as you drink water again, back to sweating you go! It's worth a try...it was only like $15!

Good luck!

It's a large rubber band that closes with Velco and you can get it at Target or WalMart. It does make you sweat alot and I wear an under**** when I use it. But it also keeps your stomach muscles tight while you exercise.

my husband has been using one for sometime now, and mentioned the extreme amount of sweat around the midsection during exercise, so i decided to try his. i never took my measurements when i first started using it but i have noticed a difference in my midsection. soundS gross but you will drip of sweat when you take it off. LOVE IT!!!

Hey all
I got one to.
I got mine at Wal-mart it was like $4.96
It does have the Velcrow.
I love it!!!
Like wanna be slimmer said it does help with those stomach mus. I wear mine sometimes even around the house and it has helped me not eat as much just cause it is tight.
I find that when I wear loose cloths I eat and eat. But If I got those tight jeans on. Whooo I better not eat nothing. LOL
It is wonderful!
