1 Month in... - Phentermine.com

Okay ~ I am 1 month in with my ew eating plan and phen. I have lost 17 pounds!! Today I started my Ms so I know the weight loss will stop for a couple of days, but I am SOOO pleased!! People are STARTINg to notice a difference, but it will probably take another 20 before people can really tell. BUT, I CAN TELL!! I'mfitting into pants that were too tight before and I have a resemblence of cheek bones in there!! LOL I lost my pass word so haven't been able to be in here for awhile, and when I was here before I was feeling a little discouraged. So, DON'T GIVE UP!! It seems I do better the days I remember to eat!! And my stomach keeps shrinking because I dish up what I used to eat and end up tossing half of it! Cool, eh? Anyway, I am excited and wanted to share with anyone who might be feeling a little discouraged.

Congratulations! 17 pounds in a month is great! I did really well my first two weeks and have slowed down the last week, but I guess that is to be expected.
