CLA - Where to find?

I have read numerous times that CLA and green tea pills are a good supplement with the phen. I have found the green tea pills, but i can't seem to find the CLA pills. I read that Wal-Mart carried them, but couldn't find them there. Maybe I don't know exactly what to look for. I was looking in the vitamin section where the green tea pills are. Thanks!

I'd order them online from Swanson's or the Vitamin Warehouse. They are much cheaper. You are looking for Tonalin CLA (conjugated linesomething acid), which is derived from safflower oil. Or try a health/vitamin store, like the Vitamin S h o p p e, if they have those in Houston.

Look into 5HTP too - that's a supplement that raises serotonin levels in the brain - which affects mood, appetite, and sleep. It's a nice counter to some of the side effects of phen (lke the cranky rage days, and the sleeplessness).

Just to let ya know for future ref. that you can go to Walmart or GNC to get CLA. I bought mine at Walmart, they carry it in the vitamin supplements and its the Tonalin CLA 1000 and it's $12.88 for a bottle

i get mine at GNC - just make sure that its 100% SAFflower oil and not SUNflower and make sure that the pills are 1000mg each. from what i've read on different CLA sites you have to make sure you get the right kind or the pills wont work as well.

I am picking some of this up tomorrow! My husband is even interested in trying it. he's not overweight by any means, but he's all into working out and spending buttloads of money on GNC junk.

Is there any certain brand or strength of 5-htp we should be looking for? ...and how do we coordinate these two things (CLA and 5-htp) along with the phen?
