    Unhappy

I have been dealing with some serious issues with my hubby, trying to rebuild a broken relationship due to his infidelity. I have been working out and eating really well and I am scared that when I go to my weighin I wont have lost anything in the last 2 weeks. Can stress play a factor in weight loss??

It is a large factor. When I got divorced I lost 40 lbs in under 2 months. When I was planning my wedding and buying a house with my new husband (both with in a month of each other) I gained 20 lbs in a month. I think stress can make you go either way depending on the type of stress.

All I can say is keep up the good work and you will see results. You may not see pounds lost, but inches are the big key. Just remember that muscle weighs more than fat!
