Are there any challenges that I can start participating in or are they all pretty much underway?
I know about the st. patty's day one but I think that is pretty close to being over. Just anxious to get off my lard and feel accountable.




SW (03/01/06): 240
CW5/01/06): 212 7lbs gone in april
GW: 150
Mini Goal: 200 by Christmas...looking possible

My goals for May:

Drink 100oz. water daily
Exercise 5 days a week and add more cardio
Check in often!

I do know that there is one for Easter...25lbs gone by Easter, and the way I see it, if you do all that you can, even if you don't make the weight target, you tried and so you succeeded and it still gives you the challenge and support system.

As Tammy already said...The March challenge "Minimizing Your Midriff" has just started. I joined with the ladies in February and we had a lot of fun and everyone did a great job. Would love to see you there!
