My husband took me to see a movie (failure to launch=it was cute) but after that he wanted to go to dinner so we went to On The Border Mexican food.....

I cheated. ALOT.
I had 1 diet coke. Ate chips and salsa. And for dinner I ordered a chicken burrito and ate like 1/4 of it..which wasnt much and had like 3 bites of beans.

But I feel HUGE!

totally took 3 steps back in the opposite direction of where I want to be.

Oh, and I also dont feel like im going to lose much this wk -im on my 2nd wk. - because of TOM. I hate TOM. Im bloated and I was really craving some salty food..so thats why the chips n salsa were ohhh so satisfying. but im seriously mad. i did so well the first wk..now TOMS freakin ruining EVERYTHING.

Honey it will be ok. Its just this week...(TOM)
And it was only today. Dont let yourself talk you in to doing it(eating badly) again tomorrow...
I did the same thing last night... (not the movie) but we went to have mexican. Chicken Nachos. I didnt gain anything this morning.
Didnt loose though either. But the bad thing is I had 2 slices of pepperoni pizza for supper.
Talk about feeling like a looser....
I went to Wal-Mart and got the Biggest Looser DVD
so I can start excerciseing at home. I cant seem to get to the gym as much as I want so.. I hope this will help...By the way its my TOM right now as well and Im with you on the salty thing. It stinks...

I hear ya too. I went out for seafood and ate way too much. I had water but I had soda earlier in the day.

I'm paying for it by cutting back today. My food today is all fruits and soups. lol I may have a small steak tonight.

Don't get tot far down in the dumps, we all have those feelings too.

I think the key to it is to "have a bad meal, day or week" and not a bad "month, year, life". As long as you don't get into a huge repeat pattern it will be okay.

Throw that guilt away and move forward! You repented here so now your good. lol

It is ok to feel this way cause we all do after a nite like this. I'm not going to tell you not to feel bad because you still will, I know. Get your water intake up so you can flush it out of your body fast. You can do this, I'm on tom right now and last week and the week before last was murder but i'm fine now and ready to conquer this weight battle. You will be fine and you will more than likely not gain from this. Exercise do something to help burn those calories up!!! Good luck and watch what your eating from here on out. You are so close don't let this get in your way.

I have found that an occasional meal like that keeps my metabolism up. I only do it once a week. I might gain a pound or so the next morning, but two days later, I've lost more than I would have if I didn't do a cheat meal. Anybody else find this to be true. This weekend it was Chinese food on Friday night.

WOW! Thanks...as long as I know Im not the only person trying to lose weight that cheats! lol! I weighed myself..I didnt gain any so thats good news. Im just gonna drink TONS of water today.
