~Its been a long time since last I was on PHEN but I remember I was on VERY low Cal diet when I was on it last and going to the gym EVERYDAY sometimes twice a day. Im trying to find a DR that will put me back on Phen (Moved out of state and changed Dr's) but in the meantime Im trying to figure the new diet/workout schedule I want to do when I start back. Im going to get a gym membership this week and Ill probably go twice a day but for those of you who have the time please answer the questions below for me. Thanks again!~
Phen dosages and time taken
Gym schedule: How many days a week and how long each visit. What fitness equipment do you use?
What type of diet are you sticking to? Low Cal, etc?
Do you hold strong to eating and taking your meds 7 days a week? I knew people who took weekends off etc so just wanted to know what everyone is doing.
Any extra tips or info for an OLD Phenster looking to UPDATE and MODERNIZE my lifestyle.
