    Question

    ~Its been a long time since last I was on PHEN but I remember I was on VERY low Cal diet when I was on it last and going to the gym EVERYDAY sometimes twice a day. Im trying to find a DR that will put me back on Phen (Moved out of state and changed Dr's) but in the meantime Im trying to figure the new diet/workout schedule I want to do when I start back. Im going to get a gym membership this week and Ill probably go twice a day but for those of you who have the time please answer the questions below for me. Thanks again!~

    Phen dosages and time taken

    Gym schedule: How many days a week and how long each visit. What fitness equipment do you use?

    What type of diet are you sticking to? Low Cal, etc?

    Do you hold strong to eating and taking your meds 7 days a week? I knew people who took weekends off etc so just wanted to know what everyone is doing.


    Any extra tips or info for an OLD Phenster looking to UPDATE and MODERNIZE my lifestyle.

    Phen, white tablets, blue specs. 37.5mg, Dr. prescribed.

    1 a day, at 10am (roughly)...helps me maintain appetite control in evening, which is what I struggle the most with. Try to keep myself busy with housework, catching up on phen forums, etc.

    Diet, approx 1200 cals a day (sometimes 800, sometimes 1400, never more), lo-fat, lo-carb, hi-protein. Lots of veggies, chicken, etc. SBD Protein bars at snack time. Eating breakfast at 7am, snack at 10am, lunch 12, afternoon snack at 3, dinner at 6. Nothing after dinner. Drinking 1-2 gallons of water a day (no joke). I am a water JUNKIE.

    I am also trying to "cleanse", using a Wal Mart knock off whole body cleanse for 2 weeks, which includes taking fiber capsules, etc. Have Dr. Nature cleanse on order, will be starting it as soon as it arrives.

    Exercise, treadmill, 30+ minutes a day (10 moderate pace, 20 fast pace, 5+ cool down), with arm weights. I haven't done it every day, but atleast 4X a week.

    16 lbs in 3 weeks. I am trying to weigh in only once a week, hopefully will have good results to post on my weekly weigh in on Wednesday. (Will go to doc for official 1 month weigh in, etc. sometime this week or next week.)
