    Hi Everybody,

    I started on Phen last week and only lost a pound and 1/2. Yesterday, I changed my diet to K/E along with Phen 37.5 and so far I'm doing ok! I still have some sugar cravings (I'm a chocoholic!), but I'm surviving without it.

    I got on the scale this morning, and I lost 5 lbs! I'm so excited! Those 5 lbs must have vanished into thin air while I was asleep last nitght! LOL A great motivation for me to continue on with K/E for a few more days. AND, of course, reading your posts helps as well. You guys are great!

    I'm joining a few friends tomorrow for a bbq and I'm a little worried that I will be tempted to cheat. I thought I'd map out what I'm going to eat while I'm there: a hot dog, grilled chicken /mustard and 1/2 tablespoon of catsup, hot sausage w/mustard, (no bbq ribs for me, 'cause I'll be tempted to put bbq sauce on it... no hamburger, 'cause I'll add cheese to it) iced tea w/splenda, maybe some diet soda, and of course, water, water, water!

    Anyone else have eating plans for the 4th of July?

    Congratulations on your loss!! That's wonderful. I think that seeing the scale go down is the best motivation ever!!

    Chocolate was hard for me too, but I found the Myoplex Carb Control RTD shakes in CHOCOLATE!! They're yummy and filling. Only 4 or 5 carbs.

    You'll be fine at your barbeque! You've planned ahead and know what be tempting for you. Just have fun, talk to everybody and take your time eating.

    My eating plans for the 4th are the same as yours. But I have a 10 month old, which keeps me busy and away from the food table, god bless her. =)

    ~I have 3 2 BBQ's and a dinner to go to tomorrow. GOD HELP ME! Nahh Im good though because I dont feel hungry at all. I couldnt even finish my 4 oz of lean chicken breast for supper today...ended up giving it to my little pregnant Yorkie who NEEDS the extra calories right now~

    ~My plan in the future though is take my OWN MEALS with me to get togethers. That way you dont have to wonder or guess how many calories etc is in the food (everyones recipes are different). So I plan on preparing my salads, snack and cooler of bottle water before I leave~
    ~Was on Phen last year for 3 months and lost almost 60 lbs~

    ~Gained all of it back plus 7 lbs this year because of lack of exercise and fell back into old eating ways~


    Started Phen: Jun 29th 272 lbs
    Current: July 5th 258.5 lbs
    Goal: To be 180 lbs by April Fools Day (Total lbs to lose 92 lbs)
