Hi Everybody,
I started on Phen last week and only lost a pound and 1/2. Yesterday, I changed my diet to K/E along with Phen 37.5 and so far I'm doing ok! I still have some sugar cravings (I'm a chocoholic!), but I'm surviving without it.
I got on the scale this morning, and I lost 5 lbs! I'm so excited! Those 5 lbs must have vanished into thin air while I was asleep last nitght! LOL A great motivation for me to continue on with K/E for a few more days. AND, of course, reading your posts helps as well. You guys are great!
I'm joining a few friends tomorrow for a bbq and I'm a little worried that I will be tempted to cheat. I thought I'd map out what I'm going to eat while I'm there: a hot dog, grilled chicken /mustard and 1/2 tablespoon of catsup, hot sausage w/mustard, (no bbq ribs for me, 'cause I'll be tempted to put bbq sauce on it... no hamburger, 'cause I'll add cheese to it) iced tea w/splenda, maybe some diet soda, and of course, water, water, water!
Anyone else have eating plans for the 4th of July?
