I'm not sure but just from reading through the posts it seems that Phen stops working for some people. But you are also not supposed to be on Phen for more then a year I read somewhere. I've decided that if it's not working for me anymore there is no sense putting it in my body. I think your body can become
accustomed to it and so when you stop for a while and get it all out of your system you can take it later with results again. I don't know for sure though. Taya |

Yes you are correct. From my experience and others I have read. However, there is one person on here that takes his even if it does not feel as strong as it did originally. And he says it is just a stage and you will pick back up with the effects. Some people cycle on and off. I guess it is up to the person.

Yup, but I also heard you should never stop it cold turkey. You need to wean your body from it. Otherwise there is a good chance you are going to start stuffing your face. What you should do is after four months of being on phen, start going to five times a week, then the next month four times a week, then the next month three times a week, then the next month two times a week. And then keep a supply for bad times, like for women during TOM season when they get real hungry.
