Question
Hi everyone

I just bought the Carmen Electra "fit to strip" video today, it says its a really good workout, plus teaches you to dance!!
Has anyone tried this?? If so, how is it??? does it work?? has it helped you??
Thanks,
Tammy

Which video did you buy? The number 2 disc is great. 4&5 are good as well. The other 2 really did nothing for me. It was a good streach, but not a work out.

Hope this helps,
Kara

You should be ok. The streaching on that one is a great warm up for any cardio you want to do.

I really wish I would have read the reviews on it before buying the whole box set. I can't even let my doughter do it for the dance moves because it is for stripping!!!! Not something I want her to learn at 11 years old. That would surely take me off the parent of the year list.

Disc one is fun but no kind of cardio workout. I agree its great for stripping(edit:I meant stretching. ) The disc with the toning/stregnthening exercises is good-its a good leg/abs/arms workout.
