I just bought the Carmen Electra "fit to strip" video today, it says its a really good workout, plus teaches you to dance!!![]()
Has anyone tried this?? If so, how is it??? does it work?? has it helped you??

Which video did you buy? The number 2 disc is great. 4&5 are good as well. The other 2 really did nothing for me. It was a good streach, but not a work out.

You should be ok. The streaching on that one is a great warm up for any cardio you want to do.
I really wish I would have read the reviews on it before buying the whole box set. I can't even let my doughter do it for the dance moves because it is for stripping!!!! Not something I want her to learn at 11 years old. That would surely take me off the parent of the year list.![]()
i just bought it on the weekend, the whole box set. it was cheep, but i will have to take it back and just get the two good ones.

I wouldn't go straight to fun....It will kick your butt in gear. Awesome toning exercises. My legs and butt were shaking by time it was over.
