Shortage of Phen?

I placed and order a couple of weeks ago with the place where I get my Phen. (not from this website) I usually have it in about 72hours. Now they keep sending me emails telling me there is a "shortage" and they are having a hard time finding a pharmacy to fill my order.

Is anyone else having this problem?

(The only good thing is since I’ve been off of it for awhile it will work really well when I finally start taking it again

I got mine from another website as well, it took a whole week to finally arrived . First time that it took that long to get it. Other times I've gotten within 2 to 3 days. Don't know the reason why. How long has it been for you? Hope you get them soon. Take care.

I ordered on 03/12!This is the exact email I got today...

We are very sorry for the delay in your Phentermine order. We realize that you
have been very patient and been awaiting the arrival of your order.
Unfortunately, there is currently a nationwide Phentermine shortage. We are
trying to get caught up as quickly as possible.

Please be assured that your order will be filled and we will ship it to you
within the next 5-7 days. We appreciate your patience, understanding and your
business. We will do our utmost to get your order to you as quickly as
possible.

Wish they'd give this info BEFORE you order....post it on the website or something.

I had the same problem - it's been almost 3 weeks now. I ordered around the same day, I think it was the 11th! I am a bit concerned because a "nationwide shortage" doesn't seem like the real reason, but I could be just a bit paranoid. I think I'm going to give up on **********.
Sorry I don't have pictures, but I'm new here to the forum. I hope that this thing gets sorted out soon - I don't have a doctor locally and my main doc is a skinny guy who thinks all I need is a good diet plan and magically I will lose weight - puhlease!

I know you said that you did not order from this site. I did order from here and ya know the message you have posted is the exact same "message" I received. It is amazing to me. A shortage I understand cause this stuff works for most and well everyone is trying to get ready for summer. However different pharmacy companies using the same post to everyone is kinda weird. What is it the makers of Phen send out a "general mail out" to their pharmacies to get people off their back? I am gonna give it awhile longer to see if is true if I receive my order. I don't know if I will ever order on line again.

Just want to put your minds at rest. There is another thread talking about this issue.

It is the actual pharmacies that have sent out that email to all the customers, and we as the company (**********) have received this email too and are passing on the message about the shortage to the customers. As all companies/pharmacies are experiencing the same problem of shortages, I think it goes to show that a nationwide shortage is a plausible excuse for the delay.

Yea they told me one or there pharmacies closed and that they are trying to get to the customers that ordered first. I have never had a problem until now. I wish they would hurry it up..

I had a scrip for Ionamin that my insurance requires a mail away (to recieve the price of $15.00 for 90 day supply).

The mail order pharmacy is in Alabama, I got my scrip within 10 days at the beginning of this month.

maybe it's just the generic that's a "shortage" but so many companies manufacture phentermine...

you could also ask your local pharmacy if they have trouble getting their orders.

I ordered in January and had the same problem. Now I am ready for a refill, come on the site, decide to visit the boards and see you guys talking about this! Wonder what my Universe is trying to tell me- lol! I'll wait till Missus checks back in with the 411.

I ordered mine on sun the 19th. I sent 2 emails w no response and have called them finally. they told me they lost one of their pharmacy's so it's taking longer to fill the **. I'm really frustrated and anxious! (I didn't order from **********) but I I'm pretty sure they are probably using the same pharm cuz I went to order from ********** when I hadn't rcvd my order in a week because I knew it was reputable(I found it after I already purchased) and the form was exactly the same! I think most are through safetrust?

Molly, she gave me enough for 4 months just before they stopped the sale of it in Feb. I am on a break from it since Feb 7 until after my knee surgery April 11th. Then I'll start it again the 12 until they are gone

I recently placed my first order for Phen (the 37.5 tablets). I ordered from a site other than this one, which was a tough decision because this site has so many positive comments on the boards. But, sometimes, the wallet has to be part of your decision! At any rate, the day after I placed my order, I got the same message posted above, verbatim. I tried to cancel my order after I got the message, but they wouldn't cancel it. Then, I got the same message again today.

For me, it's more than just the inconvenience of having to wait to get my order. It's the worry that something isn't on the up and up. You try and do your homework and find what you hope are reputable sites (with good prices), but when you get form messages like that -- and then you find out that other sites are sending out an identical email -- I think it's pretty easy to have your suspicions raised. These days with all the talk about people stealing credit card numbers and identity theft, it's a little unnerving. But, hopefully, it's all on the level and everyone will get their orders filled very soon. I was glad to see someone from ********** log on here to address the issue. That seems like a positive sign to me.

I am so glad you guys are addressing this! I ordered on the 23rd from another site (since I'm in FL) and after sending repeated emails and calling (only to be put on hold for over 35 minutes before finally hanging up), I got an email very similar to the one posted. I was a little nervous, since I had ordered from a site other than that one a few months back and never received the order, so I had to have my credit card company retract the payment and research it, etc.... So I finally get the nerve up to try to order again, and this is what happens. I'll be happy just to get it after all of that, even if it does take a little longer.

I have only posted once before but I use the forums to get info on phen. So, I'm sorry if I'm intruding . . . I just wanted to add my own experience 'cause I know how frustrating this is for us all.

I ordered on March 7 and was told a week later by online support that I will receive it shortly (I second, that ********** has really bad follow-up on orders). Then a week after that I checked again and received an email that ********** will receive new shipments before others b/c of their use of more than one supplier and that I would receive it in 5-7days. That 7 days will end tomorrow. I've PM'ed Louise like she's asked others. Before I searched the forum for "shortage" and came to this thread, I was online and asked about my order and was cut off--I don't know if that was a computer thing on their part or unwillingness to answer.

I ordered generic phen, 3-month supply for the order that I refer to above.

I also emailed to ask if name-brand phens were available, no reply. So I went ahead and ordered Adipex, one-month, (I've got money to burn if it means burning more calories!!ha-ha, half-sad-joke) under a diff email and that status is the same as the other order.

I have ordered from this site 2x before and had very quick shipments. so on their behalf--this is unusual. But, they need to post it on the store site for people, or wait and process credit card until they know that the order can be filled.

Does anyone know if this shortage is nation or worldwide?

I ordered the 3 month supply of 37.5mg.

I've been getting really good email response (not all canned messages) from my place, but of course it's the same "we'll ship within 3-5 business days" What's the point paying $18 for overnight if it takes 3 weeks anyway. Shoot I'll send them a couple bucks and tell them to chunk it in an envelope for that matter.

I've ordered before from them, not real worried about getting screwed but I WANT MY DRUGS!

I was worried about ordering after reading all this....but I was down to my last pills. I didn't have a choice---so to speak.

Ordered my phentermine 37.5, 90 day supply on the morning of 3/29/06(yesterday) and it is already at my local FedEx waiting to be delivered.

I took the FedEx super saver(free) since I thought there would be a delay in getting it anyway.....now it is sitting in town. Fed Ex tracking has a "not due for delivery yet" on it. I didn't see that and ran out of the house this morning in my house shoes to get a money order to pay for the C.O.D.. The est. delivery date is 4/3/06...its already there so I don't know if I will get it sooner or not.

So I guess the shortage is over
