I am now taking 37.5 phen but need a refill. I was thinking about going to 30 mg. Ist this ok? And is there a difference between the yellow & blue?

SW-149 started 37.5 mg phen 6/2 off 6/9-6/11. I went to Hershey park & didn't have 1 piece of chocolate! Started again 6/12 CW-142 6/12 CW-139 6/16 down 10 lbs 14 days CW-140 7/10 re-started phen...took a break CW-138 7/17 CW-136 7/19 1st GW- 135 7/26 YAY!! started 30 mg 8/1 stuck at 135 8/3! CW-133 8/8...slowly but surely! CW-131 8/12...so far 18 lbs lost! CW-133 9/18 gained 6 lbs on 7 day cruise!! GW-125 I have always been 117 lbs until now I had a baby 4 months ago! 1st mini GW 135 2nd mini GW 125 |

From what I hear there are no differences between the yellow and the blue. I take Blue 30mg from EON with the E5000 printed on it, and have loved it. But I have nothing to compare them to. I dont plan on making any swtiches as long as these keep working for me.
