I see we are running a close race and similar goals too, I am 26 and excercise regularly. Last night I had trouble sleeping and decided I would make sure I take the pill earlier in the mornings. I hope the weight loss keeps it's momentum!! I am 5'5 1/2 so my ideal weight would be around 150.

"the calorie counter.com" it's a great quick reference to check out the calories in your food. Make sure you are getting your protein and water!! BE PREPARED....I always prepack snacks so I won't go into junk food mode...since I started the Phen, those cravings have all but dissapeared
