I really thought me or someone else had written this in an earlier post (and I'm too lazy to go back and look, and I figure the newbies will notice it more if it's brought to their attention again)....
Three quarts might not be adequate for a person, depending on their weight. Hey, if all you have to have is 96 ounces per day, I wish I was your size!!
And remember, that amount is just to keep your body at a normal hydration level. My daily amount for normal hydration is 150 ounces, but I still usually drink closer to like... 200 oz or 250 oz... The EXTRA water is what helps break down fat and carry excess off of you.

I still drink my water (can't help it, habit, love it) but I haven't been sticking to the healthy eating lately

I guess I need some of y'all to fuss on me about that part.
