AND one thing the KY PHEN DRS will tell you is that
WATER BUILDS MUSCLE!!!!
Here is what the Phen DR says in Northern Ky / Greater Cincinnati ,OH!!!
Sometimes you dont get enough PROTEIN...and you NEED protein for the Phen to work on/against!!
Also, the Phen DRs in KY have a scale that measures you BMI, TCI, FAT MAsS, Fat in Grams, Fat vs weight, and WATER CONTENT of your body just by stepping on the scale. ITS SO AWWSUM!!!
anyhow, here is what Dr Silver says: She said that usually when you have a problem NOT LOSING....its because your water content is low!!!
WATER makes MUSCLES!!! and not ENOUGH water wil burn muscle that you want.. so they calculate according to your WEIGHT , HEIGHT, and Body Stucture, (big, medium or small build) how many OUNCES a day you need.
I need 70 oz. so you probably need around at least a GALLON...and she said UNSWEET TEA or COFFEE is fine, or with a little flavoring such as LEMON, etc
but NO sweeteners!!! WHY DO THEY SAY NO SWEETENERS??
Sweet n Low, Splenda, etc ALL CONTAIN aspartane whis is WORKING AGAINST you!!! it is an appetite STIMULANT...ie: give me more, give me more, give me more!!
