Hey, it was worth the typing. I will send it along to my bestfriend who continues to complain that she cant get the flabby skin off. She never drinks water, because she doesnt like the taste. Maybe this will give her motivation to do so. Thanks again.

I have a question. The original post by Moon says that we should drink 3 quarts of water and I was just wondering - how many litres would that be?

I keep a bottle of water with me at all times and it's a 500 ml bottle so I'm more familiar with those measurements. Can someone advice please?

Thanks Sarah. I've done the math and it's almost 3 litres of water a day. That's a lot for someone who doesn't like to drink water in general!

clopez, maybe try adding some lemon to your water. That helps me. It gives it a little flavor. Maybe try those crystal light things too.

well its 6rs later and this post is still going strong. Thanks moon for the advice which ans some questions for me. I used todrink a lot of water. but once I was told to drink it I kinda fell back. But after reading your post I will kick it back up a notch or 2 for pissing sake lol
