Thanks for the info. I have never been a fan of water, I could go weeks without drinking water. I'd drink coffee, pop, juice, tea, etc. but not water. Over the last year, I have started drinking at least 80 ounces a day - what a difference I feel in my body. I just never knew what kind of damage I was doing to my body not drinking enough water. Knowledge is power!
