As I am totally incapable of servile work at the best of times, gotta get my input typed in order to avoid cleaning detail. Thanks for all the effort, moon. I would have it tattooed on my butt (there's enough room), by then when I reach my goal it would look like a prune. So I'll just memorize the amounts and live by them. Gotta go......literally....

Thanks so much for the article on water, Moon. I was glad to see that water should be cold when you drink it; the only way I like it is with ice or really really cold. Once I had a diet buddy who told me to drink the quart of water in 30 minutes when work started, again at lunchtime, and before I went home at the end of the day. I didn't and she did. I lost zero pounds and my diet buddy lost 24 lbs in two months. We did everything the same, eating and exercising together, except for the water.
Needless to say, I am drinking water effective today.

Thanks for the info - - - I drink a gallon or more a day (piss like a race horse ). My best "beauty" regime I can testify to is water for a "peaches & cream" complexion. There's cute little quote I heard along time (which really I take heart) is that ALL LIVING THINGS NEED TO WATERED!!!

Thanks for the water info!! New to Phen (not even a week on it), and eager to lose the weight!! I have been very thirst since the Phen, so I guess drinking a pool worth of water will help with the loss!! Thanks again! What is the average weight loss in a month or two?
