has anyone taken them both and it helped them lose weight and get preg as well?

im doing good with my eating and taking phen and the doct told me it would help.

I was taking both for a couple months, but I have been off Phen for almost 2 weeks now.
Dieting and exersise is the main thing that helped me lose weight with God's help.
The metformin (glucophage) did make me start my period for the first time in a year, just last friday I started in fact! So thats very exciting!
But yes, it all will help

Hey Rebecca, never heard of the metform(sp). Just wanted to holla at you girl. How is everything? Sounds like you are back to losing. Good for you. Anyhoo, keep us posted if you get preggers.

The metformin helps some people lose weight, but the diet and exercise will be the push. Metformin might make it easier to lose than the up hill climb it was before it. Good luck to you.
