Just started Phen and PhenD - Phentermine.com

Hi! Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Jennifer. I'm a 32 year old FT working mom who desparately wants to lose about 20 pounds. Went to a local weight loss clinic and started taking Phentermine and Phendemetrazine(sp?). Originally, I was taking the Phentermine in the morning and the PhenD around 4:00 in the afternoon. However, today, I took the PhenD in the morning and will take the Phentermine around 1:00 in the afternoon. I definitely need more help controlling my munchies in the afternoon and the Phentermine seems to help with that a bit more than the PhenD. We'll see how this works out.

Anyway, I'm about 5'3.5" and around 155. I would like to get back to 135 which is where I look and feel the best.

i would definetely say to be careful taking phen so late in the afternoon- it keeps alot of people awake at night!!

PhenD is short for Phendametrazine. It's another type of appetite suppresant (prescription) that wears off quicker than Phentermine. My doc prescribed it to take in the evenings so it wouldn't effect my sleep. However, evening is my worst time for munching and the phend doesn't work as well for me as the phentermine.

I'll try the switch tonight (since it's Friday and I don't have to be up early for work). If it keeps me awake, I'll probably go back to taking it in the morning. However, I have noticed after about 8 hours, the Phentermine seems to have wore off so if I take it at noon, hopefully, I'll be ready to sleep by 10.

We'll see what happens!

My doctor gave me both too, but she told me to take the Phen in the am and the Phen-D at 2, which is a good time because it wears off right when I go to bed, around 9 or 10.
