Ok, I heard about these on the WW forums, and searched to find them.

It's a breakfast wrap made by South Beach, it's in the frozen section and thus far the only place i can find them is Super Wal-Mart. I did check Byerly's, Rainbow, Cub, and Super Target. Walmart was the only one who had them. they have 4 flavors, i got the veggie and southwest and have tried the Southwest. Its actually REALLY good. They're all 200 cal or less and low fat and HIGH fiber! If your on WW theyr'e only 3pts each (except for the "all american" flavor, thats 4pts). Oh and they come 2 to a box.

Anyway, i thought they were great, just thought i'd pass on the info to all of you

Those SB breakfast wraps are delicious! I have tried them and they have a lot of fiber and protein to keep you filled until lunch. Thanks for highlighting them here.

Thanks for the info! I'll have to try them. I'm a WW too. Since I have a sweet tooth, I enjoy having a nutritional bar made for women for breakfast. They're called Luna and come in several different flavors. Most are around 3.5-4 pts each. I heard about them on WW too. They don't taste like most nutritional bars, they are actually tasty!! My favorite is the Chocolate Pecan Pie bar and it's 3.5 WW pts.

1st time taking Phen: 10/08/2005 @ 232 lbs. lost down to 183 lbs. I've been on hiatus ever since.

Starting Phen again: 03/21/08 @ 232 lbs. (how ironic)

Always think positive.
