I havent done alot of research on the green tea tablets, but I did on CLA.

CLA is already in the foods we eat, Beef and dairy used to be our biggest source of CLA.
Today, the recommended daily dose of CLA is 3.4 grams. To achieve that level through your diet, you would have to consume more than 4 gallons of ice cream, seven pounds of beef, or almost 4 gallons of whole milk. Every day.
To me, being overweight, is as much of a strain on our bodies as supplements are. Diabetes, heart attacks, strokes are all possible with obesity also.
But we each have our own opinions and way of thinking and anything that helps me feel better and get healthy without major side effects (Ive had none) is great.

CLA. Definitely take it with food. It made me quizzy the first few times I took it but I take my 1st dose right after I eat breakfast and 2nd dose right after lunch and it doesnt bother me anymore. If you want to experiment, take a dose of it when you are at home to see how your tummy is going to react to it and then If you can tolerate it, you can start it the next morning.

I was really shocked to have lost so much in 2 1/2 weeks - but I think it's because I have MORE to lose than most do lol
I think Im succeeding because this time Im doing it for me, and I know there is no "magic diet pill" - I made a lifestyle change - I'm not just on a diet.
. but I'm BACK!
