Michi--let us know how they do for you. I did pretty well my first day yesterday on both the CLA and green tea. Wasn't as hungry as I would have been using nothing and got in a good workout. I'm going to the gym today and I'll weigh and see if I've lost anything else. Hopefully with using these, I can take a "holiday" for a while from Phen. Everyone keep posting on the CLA and gree tea. I'm curious to see what kind of results people have.
