I can not believe it..Today was my 1 month weigh in and im soo mad. if I was to think of it like this I wouldnt be so flippin mad----SW 220 CW 209 so a lose of 11 lbs this month...not bad... NOW..the reason im mad is I was down to 205 (3 days ago)...I havent cheated ive been working out Iam soo mad what happened..No Tom isnt coming soon I had a hysterectomy a few years ago..the only thing different is I started Dr.Natura today is my 5th day on it...I JUST CANT WIN!!! Im going to go and buy stuff for a Lemon cake and eat it all myself!!

it could just be when you weighted or if you had salt and were retaining water....it really could be a number of things. its ok your doing great!! 11 pounds is awsome

Don't do the lemon cake thing...it will only make you feel worse. If you've been working out, you probably gained muscle. Also, make sure that you drink plenty of water to replace what you've sweated out...if not, you'll retain water. Trust me on that one...I am the Queen of Water Retention.
Concentrate on the good things that you did for yourself and don't worry about that stupid scale.

Don't use the scale as a determining way of measuring success, how do you feel, how are your clothes fitting, loss is loss, whether its on a scale, inches, clothes fitting, size smaller or how you feel in general because you are feeling better for making changes. I have lost 26 lbs since December, 20 of it on phen since in 2 months but my loss on the scale is really slowing and it can stop for 4 to 5 days at a time with no loss without any cheating on my part, even though I still want to lose another 20-25 lbs I am not looking at it as a failure, I look at it as a challenge to keep going.

Do NOT give into the temptation of pigging out and undoing what took you a month to achieve......A moment on the lips a lifetime on the hips. You WILL REGRET IT and then you will beat yourself up over it and it will turn into the undoing off your weight loss........

You can do this!

We totally understand. This has happened to all of us.

I hear that at the beginning of Dr N you bloat a bit, then it whooshes off.

Salt and water are funny things. That's why I weigh everyday, to see what affects it. Some people swear by weighing once a week, but I disagree, because if that is an Up day, you'll feel ike you accomplished less than you did.

The other part of me agrees with Carrie - look at your clothes fitting, the inches, and how you are improving things that are harder to measure (like your overall health).

I'm waiting for my Dr N in the mail and will start next week.

Well I didnt make or eat any cake but I sure wanted to...Im just going to stick with it go to the gym that should help and Im going to try and not look at my scale I am a scale junky along with other things..Thank you all for being here..

If im craving a piece of cake i will take 2 or three bites and thats it.I mean if you dont eat it now you will eat it after you arent on the phen and you may want to eat the whole thing.ha ha

HANG IN THERE. you will be ok I am sure--I have only lost 5 lbs in this first month. I do feel like I have lost some inches though. I really don't see much of a change in my appetite though. I have just tried to eat less. My husband said it really did suppress his appetite but is not workin for me. Everyone on here seems to be doing really well. hope things change for me.

Bombonbettie is right everything will get better. Ok I know my friend Resmoo weighs everyday she can deal with it !I weigh once a week because I find it works for me better but like Resmoo says you do have up & down days. Honey I retain fluid like the Hoover Dam .You get your most accurate weight first thing in the morning after you have used the bathroom.Now keep in mind that when Aunt Flo comes for her monthly visit you will be bloated.Never mind you had a hysterectomy so that doesn't apply to .If you are on EP what is your username on there.My Blog Title is Gods amazing grace & my username is ARNSGIRL4LIFE .They are opportinities to blog every day so if you get aggravated you can vent so to speak without getting so aggravated.Get A grip girl . 11 lbs in a week that is more than babies weigh so that is a good start .Keep up the good work but if you get discouraged give us a shout before you get to that point ! It's OK We Have All Been There !
