Help! I'm trying to get right dose. - Phentermine.com

Hi all!
I'm brand new to Phen and have yet to order. A friend of mine who is a lot smaller than me (she's about 5'2", 120lbs now, she started at 160) lost on phen and she took half of a 37.5 daily. I'm 5'8" and weigh 190lbs. What do you think would be right for me? 37.5 daily? 30 daily? half 37.5 daily? I would be taking it at 6:30am then exercising most mornings and I don't want to be up all night.

Also, does anyone take Clartin daily while on phen? is it safe?

My doc started me on half of the 37.5, 10-12 hours before your usual bedtime, to reduce the insomnia.

After a week, if you have no problems, you can try increasing it to the entire pill.

I'm assuming they are tablets, not capsule. You should not break up the caps, because it will give you too much med at once.

You really need to speak to a doc about the Clartin. Phen acts as a nasel decongestant, and it can increase the blood pressure. Mixing the two may be dangerous.

I always took the 30mg pill. I was under the impression that one was time released? I have some 37.5 but haven't taken them yet. I only have 3 more 30mg so by the end of the week I will try it. I have had success on the 30, but I know a lot of people with success on 37.5.
