Hey loobylonglegs, you're welcome, glad to hear that you're nearly there at the 200 mark - so close now! My work christmas meal was good actually, I ate pretty healthy - it was mainly fish and seafood like octopus and mussels but I don't like seafood so I ended up having tuna lettuce wraps for starters and makerel in this green sauce for main, so I had lots of omega 3s and protein! As it was on my boss and it's nearly Christmas, I had dessert too - hazelnut ice cream, which was delicious! I still have a real sweet tooth so I often like the dessert best

I was 139 again this Monday when I weighed but that's good since I've had a few more cheat meals and the odd drink here and there what with meeting up with friends before Christmas, birthday things and the work party so I am actually really happy to see that I can maintain despite all that. And I can see how I have a lot more control than I used to and also eating out fills me up so much that I just naturally then eat light the next day because I can't handle much more than that, kinda like naturally regulating my calorie intake over the week - I feel like I found the secret formula maybe....?
