Default Help! OTC alternatives to Phen?

    Hi Everyone!

I started this journey last summer and I lost about 20 pounds on phen - the first time I ever lost ANYTHING! Well, my clinic recently severely raised their prices and I just can't afford 2.50/pill. I feel like I'm almost okay on my own - I know what to eat, etc., it's just the fatigue that's killing me. I come home from work and have to take a nap! (I used to come home and exercise.) Do you know of any OTC/drugstore alternatives? Does Hoodia work and can you even buy it anymore? Thank you all SO much for any help. This has been making me so sad!

Have you tried B-12 or CoQ10? I get very tired half way thru the day too and I started taking CoQ10 with my breakfast and B-12 in the afternoon. It seems to help with both my fatigue and hunger problems.

Hmmm...I hadn't really thought along those lines. Not a bad idea, though... Thanks!

Someone recommended OxyElite Pro to me before, never tried it, but read lots of great reviews about it.

I use to take green tea with hoodia pills when I worked the grave yard shift. Our whole crew use to live on them and B12. I found the Target brand worked the best for me, and they were cheap, like $4 a bottle. But I went a couple weeks ago to get another bottle, and they don't carry them any more. I am on the look out for something similar that works just as well. Now everyone I work with drinks green tea or takes green tea pills.
