You guys might be getting annoyed with seeing my name all over everyones post lol.. but I am so motivated to loose weight and seeing everyones progress helps! The forum is more addicting then Facebook
Anyways, I take a daily womans vitamin called Alive, 500mg of vitamin C, and fish oil.
I never really started taking vitamins regularly until this year. I guess I kinda thought they were a waste of money and washed right threw you.. I dont really remember a specific moment that changed my mind.
Do you have any recommendations, or "must haves"???
