I'm STILL STUCK!

I was able to get back down to where I was before leaving for NYC the mid of last month, but no lower!!! HELP!

I'm exercising more than I ever have been, careful about what I'm eating, etc...i'm not eating too little, believe me!

any ideas?

Candace do you drink your share of water or do you take in other drinks daily like sodas, crystal light, teas, juices, etc? I think many people don't realize what they are taking in with drinks other than water. They can make you hold weight like nothing else. Just some advice. If you are diong what you say I can't think of anything else. Maybe you should see a nutriontist so you can figure out what you are eating that is making you retain weight. Like, for instance I retain weight when I eat dairy. I have to cut back on dairy because my body doesn't release it and process it like it should. The nutritionist found that out after studying my diet and weight loss through several weeks, a few years ago. Just a tip.

Oh yeah, great point PQA! I only recently discoverd Crystal Light, and I was drinking it like I was getting paid for it. Only after about a week did I notice that I had gained about 3 pounds. Oops. It was from the aspartame in the drinks causing me to retain water. Yuck. So now I limit myself to 1 Crystal Light per day.

really? There are foods that make you hold on to weight? I knew about sodium/salt making you retain water, but...not entire food types! wow. I'm going to have to really look into this!

The other option is to have my thyroid tested, again...i'm hypo and haven't had it tested since jan...when my meds were increased...so...

but i don't want it to be that!!! I want it to be something simple like cheese! LOL

roflmao @ candace. It very well could be cheese! See a nutritionist girlie! I didn't know that stuff until then either!

Also, see the thread Jasper wrote about eating right for your blood type. It also discusses these sorts of things.

what about drinking the lipton green tea in the bottle citrus flavor has anyone seen these? are these ok or would not help in loosing weight!
