    Just read this in prevention magazine for those of you who posted the question about it the other day...

    Misaligned kneecaps or a symptom of arthitis are more likely at fault if you're not feeling pain. Usually, alignment problems can be diagnosed with an easy in-office exam. You may be prescribed physical therapy to strengthen weakened quadricepts muscles that may be causing or aggrivating your off-center kneecaps. Supplements like omega-3 and glucosamine probably won't help.
