    Default I'm stuck! Same weight for almost 2 weeks! Tell Me What To Do!

    Please tell me what to do! I have been stuck at 140 for 2 weeks. I just wanna see 138! I have been flucuating my foods. If you tell me what to do, I promise to try it!
    SW 8-20 154
    9-20: 149 (-5 1st Month)
    9-27: 146 (-3 5th week)
    10-4: 143 (-3 6th week)
    10-11: 142 (-1 7th week)
    10-18: 141 (-1 8th week)
    10-25: 140 (-1 9th week)
    11-1 : 139 (-1 10th week)
    11-29: 138 (-1 14th week)
    12-6: 139 (+1 15th week)

    Must Lose 5 pounds in 13 days! HELP!

    Try drinking more water, and decrease your calories while increasing excercise. Good luck

    Increase your water intake..increase cardio, try pilates or even yoga. I did yard work yesterday..in the heat, and I lost 2 pounds..but trust me everything hurts, even muscles I didn't even know existed..lolz

    If you have are exercising at least 5 days a week and your calorie count it at least 1200, you should increase it to 1500 cals for a few days and increase your cardio.

    Don't stop! To stall is a good thing. (check out "Make the Connection" by Bob Greene

    Look at what you've been eating - have you had foods with a lot of sodium, do you eat pre-packaged dinners or soups or a lot of low-fat foods? Those foods pack a lot of hidden salt which causes you to stall.

    Have you been getting in all your water? Skipping meals?, eating a lot of red meat, starchy foods/veggies like carrots, potatoes, peas or corn?

    Make a few adjustments where you need to and keep going.

    Remember as you get smaller there is less fat to burn which makes it more difficult to loss. You may need to step up your workout routine and increase you calories to comment your increase in excise.

    It's funny that you say that cuz I had to take a Dulcolax the other night due to constipation. What colon cleanse do you suggest?
