I decided not to get my b12 shot this week because I have been feeling really lazy and I think it might be because of the b12 shot. Since monday My energy has been off the roof. Ive had the shot twice and I was wondering if it was because it is barely "kicking" in or maybe I just don't need the B12?
I am still at 142. I have been walking with 10 lb weights on my ankles (each ankle) for an hour and I started doing weights on my arms and "crunches" for about another 30 minutes. Could that be a posibility of why I haven't lost weight?
I have noticed a reduction of cellutite on my legs but they are definetly getting "bulkier". I am also not losing any inches. When I started this weight loss I had a 35inch waist and a 44in. hip now I have a 29in waist and a 37 in hip and I have been at that since April.
I was reading that "pear" shaped women stay "pear" shaped even if they lose weight. Maybe I can never reduce the size of my big hips. Ideally I would like to have a 26in waist and a 35-36 inch hip. Who knows if that is even possible now.
