    Question FASTEST AND QUICKEST WAY TO LOSE WEIGHT WHILE TAKING PHENTERMINE???????

    Hello All....
    Sooo I'm wondering if anyone can give me their own personal insight on how they have lost the MOST weight while on Phentermine and the QUICKEST way????? I am just starting on my 3rd mnth and I guess I am just frusturated and looking maybe for new ideas on how to lose the weight...... Thanks...

    I think the fastest way to lose weight is to do Atkins - absolutely no more than 20 net carbs a day. NO bread, rice, pasta, or even fruit the first 2 weeks. Only lean meats, eggs, cheese, and green veggies. BUT it's not healthy (controversial, I know) and for many it's not a "lifestyle" choice we can maintain and then we gain all the weight plus more back. I know we want to lose this weight fast and see those damn numbers go down on the scale. The good thing is they will, if we just continue to eat right and move our bodies. In the last 3 months how much weight have you lost while on phen? My main advice, I'm sure you've heard/read it a million times is drink LOTS of water, I aim for 120-150oz a day. Best wishes to you, I know this gets frustrating but keep your chin up and don't give up!

    RdmdMom: isn't that more South beach than Atkins (in terms of having lean meats/proteins as supposed to bacon in Atkins)?

    vernob: what do you consider losing wt quicker? LIke 5 lbs a week? That probably won't be too good for you since you're not big to start with (170's as opposed to 250+). You will get flabby skin. I'd recommend cardio and just eating lean meats/veggies/fruits and lots of water. If you deprive yourself too much and you do lose the wt, you may not be able to maintain it long!
