Since I have been taking this I noticed I have lots of Congestion and Im not sure if it is the meds or it is a cold... I know when I stopped taking the meds the Congestion eased up then I starting taking the meds today and the Congestion is building up again... not sure what to think .. any suggestions or answers

My nose is also kinda snuffly when I take the phen...no idea why though. Just wanted you to know that you're not alone!

Hmmm....I dont know...I havent heard of that before...but come to think of it, after I had been on Phen for about 2 mos, I almost had pneumonia...sorry, I dont know how to help.Good Luck and God bless you.

I was wondering the same thing. My wife thinks I'm a hypochondriac all of a sudden because everytime something's wrong with me I say it's the phen.

Yes, I have. I thought I was getting bronchitis almost. I've been coughing up stuff and I was even hoarse a few days this week. I never took any medicine for any of it, it's just kinda working it's self out. I started getting some of these when I started Phen almost 3 weeks ago, but it just kinda accrued to what it was this week. Maybe my body's finally getting used to it so it can work itself out.

Nah, I don't know if phen causes all that stuff or not, but my guess is that everyone is sick right now, it's that time of year.

Well, one thing I noticed is that I breath faster while on Phen. My nose stays cold because of it. That combined with the "cold season" could be what is happening.

When breathing faster, things tend to move more, and breathing causes the mucus to move closer to the top to be coughed out. So MAYBE the phen is HELPING, lol.

Choco is right. It wasn't until I started Phen that I started going to the fitness center in my Goodwill clothes (I call my workout clothes that because I feel like I just came straight from teh Goodwill) (sweats and a short-sleeve T-shirt, no coat). By the time I'm finished I go outside to my car. I'm drenched with sweat and it's in the 30's or 40's outside. That can't be good. Plus, I'm not eating near as much, so I may not be getting whatever vitamins it is that boosts your immune system.

Christian_Mommy is probably right too. Maybe the Phen is clearing all the mess of crap that's been clogged in our lungs and nasal passages for years. lol. Who knows?

My congestion is tons better now though. Just let it run it's course. Antibiotics or prescription decongestant would probably do the trick, but if you're blood pressure is higher than normal, you may not want to do the decongestant, however your doctor would make that call.
