Ar Ar Ar Ar.... I knew that would get ya'll to read this. I need help, I am so addicted to this website. I start having withdrawals, If I don't come in and visit every day.

I get some great ideas, tips and have met a ton of great people here. Some of you have frustrated me, but I still love each and everyone of you. I am so glad to be able to have a place to come to, that keeps me focused on what I came here for in the first place.

Anyone else addicted?

Heck yes! First thing in the morning, before I go to bed, inbetween cooking, before I go out.....about 65% of the day!!! I think it is really helping me stick to a diet!

There is alot going on here but I just stay out of it! There were a few times that I could have started something but I was aware of this and decided not to. If everyone would be more positive and just love each other I think things would be alot smoother. I don't know. I'm here to lose weight.

I worked with 40 woman before and the same thing happened almost daily. There is prob no way out of it but we can all try!

Oh yeah, just to let everyone know and maybe help me....last night I had about 4 or 5 glasses of wine, past out, got up and ate 5 or 6 peanut butter cookies! I hate it when I do this. Does anyone else go through this once in a while or is it just me. Do I not have the willpower like some of you?

Shoot yah, we went and ate Mexican food for dinner last night, need I go any further. Chips, Hot sauce, Queso, Tortilla's, Taco Soup, Sopapilla's, oh and then when we walked out the door, there was Ice Cream Cones. A Ma Ga...I thought I was going to pop.

I treat myself to once a week doing this. Ya have ta.

Man, thanks for relieving me. I thought I was a big fat loser! That was my originall plan....do good all week and then have one cheat day. They say it boosts your metabolism. But by doing this YESTERDAY I went over my avg calories for the week because I pigged out last Sunday! Oh well, I only went over about 400 cal for the week. Not too bad I guess. I just want to lose 3 lbs a week like you are!

You can never get too much of a good thing!

um..ice cream is one of the main reasons i'm fat so thats a nono for me...my husband and i were on a daily DQ binge last summer...shame shame

yes, I am the same way. get out of bed, get my water, get on this site, take a shower get ready for work feed the kids, get on the site. repeat once i get home. weekends are even worse! lol! this place has taken place of my ebay addiction!

Sylvania- don't beat yourself up. I am sure we all do it, we all just don't admit it! yesterday I had a bacon cheeseburger, a few french fries and some wine!

I'm so excited and I just can't hide it!!! I weighed myself and actually dropped 2 lbs since yesterday!!! I wonder if the wine had anything to do with it! Maybe I'll have some more today, just kidding!

great job!!!! the same thing happened to me last week. I went totally off course for 2 days, eating like a wild woman and not drinking water. then i bought a scale and got on and what the #$%7* I lost 2 pounds! yippee! I'll drink a glass with you tonight, cheers!

I have to agree, I am addicted to this site too, but I think it helps me tremendously. Especially at night, when the kids are in bed and it is just me. I used to get on line and munch while I surfed, but not now, I get on here and see what everyone is doing and how GREAT everyone is doing. I don't even think of munching!
And I think you have to have one day of the week where you don't feel guilty of what you eat. Have a day where you eat something yummy. It will keep you from messing up during the week knowing you have a free day. When I say free, I mean to eat and not feel bad, just don't go WAY overboard. We go out shopping on Fridays, and we enjoy a meal out and I eat what I want, and then we come home and watch a movie as a family. I don't feel bad or anything. I have enjoyed my one day!! It helps your metabolism as was stated already. So, enjoy once a week!!

I like reisling in white, and i also like red. cabernets and merlots. I got a new one yesterday called cabernet franc. it won the wine if the year award so I will try it tonight andd see what I think.

I am completely addicted!!!

I get on in the morning before work, when I am bored at work, when I'm supposed to be studying and doing research at school, when I should be sleeping, or bathing (like right now )...

Its crazy!

But, this place is helping me a ton. All of my friends and family are either happy with their weight (or too lazy to do anything about it) or skinny.... so its so great to finally have a place where everyone understands what its like.

Week two: 139 (Feb 7-TOM)
