Hello!!
Does anyone here go to a doctor for B12 shots? My friend who is also on Phen also gets 1 B12 shot per month. she said this also helps with weight loss and speeding up your metabolism. Has anyone heard of this before?

try sublingual b-12 tabs that you hold under your tounge. my doc said they work just as good. or you can get the b complex subligual liquids. both are much cheaper at walmart. i have read that for six months you need to take 2000mcg and then go to 1000mcg a month. the first six months is to build the b-12 back up.

I just started Phen on August 6th and got it from a doctor and he gave me a B12 shot also. It definetly gets you going. In fact next week I will be getting another month's supply of phen and I will get the B12 shot again
