HCG HORMONE INJECTIONS

I HAVE RESENTLY BEGAN TAKING THE INJECTIONS I GOT THEM FROM MY DR. ALONG WITH THE PHEN. I WAS WONDERING IF THE PHEN ALONE WAS GOOD ENOUGH OR MY RAPID WAIT LOSS WAS DUE TO THE COMBO OF THE TWO. I HAVE LOST 20 LBS IN 1 MONTH IS THIS AVERAGE FOR JUST PHEN. USERS?

haha, sorry, I didnt see this post before I posted mine. I just saw the one "Shots." Anyway, I go to Dr. Giroaurd (sp?) and get the HCG shots and the Phen. I noticed you're in NC, so I'm betting that's where you get yours too. What do you think so far. My first appt was on Oct 28, I got the shot that evening and started the phen the next day. So far I've only lost about 7 lbs and it's been almost 4 weeks! I'm a little disappointed b/c everyone I've talked with who's done it lost a lot more. WOW, you lost 20 lbs!!! That's awesome, i'm jealous. What are you doing? When do you take your phen, what do you eat, do you exercise? Let me know what you think about the HCG too. I dont want to keep wasting my money if I only lose 7 lbs a month, that's prolly what I'd lose with just diet and exercise.

I lost 26 pounds the first month on phen alone, but I changed my eating and exercise habits a lot. I think had I not done that, I would have lost only 1/2 the weight.

I was wondering about the effectiveness of HCG with phen too. I have an appointment with Dr. G on Tuesday. I hope that I see a tremendous difference. Good luck to the both of you!

Can you guys tell me what kind of doctor you go to? I have researched this here in San Antonio,Texas, where I am at..and I cannot find a location that offers this...I'm looking online..
I am really interested, but don't know what kind of doctor I need to see and what exactly do I need to ask when I call them.. Can you guys help?

ontheway, how much do you want to lose? i think people with more weight to lose shed more pounds the first month. let me know what you think of the clinic, I don't think you'll actually see Dr. G, just a nurse practitioner. i've heard GREAT things about the program, my cousin and aunt both did it and lost over 17 lbs each the first month. i'm almost in my 4th week, and i've only lost about 7 lbs, but i havent been exercising that much. lemme know how your consultation goes! good luck!
