I don't follow any particular diet. I watch my calories, fat grams, carbs and sodium. Those are the four things that really seem to affect my success. I use Dietpower, but have used Fitday to track calories as well. I alternate between 1400 and 1000 calories from day to day. I don't drink soda, eat chips, candy, etc... I still eat what I want in moderation though. I also only eat whole grain products. White sugar is a killer for my stomach.
Dumbfox, you are doing so awesome! I am hoping to lose as fast as you. I don't drink caffeine, I drink at least 128oz of water a day=1gal, and plan to cut carbs/sugar BIGTIME! I am still tying like 300 words a minute i think! haha
I do 20min Windsor Pilates(maybe 2Xday) and plan to walk 2-4 miles with 2lb weights in my hands.
FAMILY REUNION: June 26th!! TWO WEEKS Hopefully down 10lbs.

I've done weight watchers with phen and I have also done calorie counting. They both work the same- because they both require you eatwithin healthy and safe ranges. I'm not on phen right now, but I am doing well with the weight loss so as long as I follow a healthy eating plan and stick with it, the weight will come off- no matter the program.
