Other then stepping on the scale every other minute. I would have to say mine is those darned Blue Monster drinks that are so flipping awesome and really do give me 10 times more energy then I will ever need.

I wake up dreaming about them. Now is that sick or what?

My physical addiction is this freaking website. I may not post every day or even every other day anymore, but I always stop by to see what is going on, then find myself enthralled in all the goofin around that people tend to do on here. I crack up at some of the things on here.

My addiction - well, being on this diet has consumed me. I think about it ALL THE FREAKIN' TIME! I must talk about it all the time as well. I have found out that people HATE to talk about dieting...

Another addiction - my doggie! First day of school, I talked about my dog as if she were my daughter. The students loved it! They wanted to know everything about her. All week I would start the class off by telling a little funny story about my dog. You could see smiles all across the room (and these are 11th & 12th graders!) I told them that if they ever wanted to get on my good side, they only need to ask me about my dog. HE-HE

I even brought in pictures to show them - I know... I'm coo-coo!

Yeah, my addiction would be this board. My hubby always catches me on here when I should be doing other things. I check this darn board ALL THE TIME and it's been so slow lately it's killing me!

My other addiction is chocolate. ((hangs her head in shame)) I can't stay away from it. I need to, but I *CAN'T*. (perhaps if I learned to stay away the scale would move a little faster...hmmmm...)

Definitly this board, I am constantly on here, I am a stay at home mom so all this deadness is KILLING me. Seriously I need to get a life! Kissing my baby girl, I know everyone thinks they have the cutest baby, but I honestly believe isabelle is the cutest ever. I used to be addicted to mcdonalds cheeseburgers but phen has cured me. VaTeacher, I agree with you about the fact that nobody wants to talk about dieting...that's all I want to talk about to. I am addicted to weighing myself,sweets but haven't touched them too much since I started Phen, and this website also. I guess it's the fact that others are on the same page and going through the same things relating to weight when others around you get sick of talking (or) hearing about it! Oh, love to shop too!

My addiction is Star Bucks I know-its so bad. I tried to quit going everyday since March!!!!!!!!! When I try to go without it but then Paul gets me one and says "you can't quit-your to crabby without it!!" I tried quitting again this morning but my car just seems to over take and brings me there!!!! ~~HELP!!!!!!!!

One addiction I do LOVE though is kissing my 11 month old's chunky thighs!!!!!! OMG!!!!!! They are so flippin CUTE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And he laughs so loud when I do it-its wonderful

I must say it is Starbucks low fat Mocha Frap's and those freakin' Froot Loop cereal bars. I love those things. Choco and VaBeach, my 2 year old loves your puppies. I had him in my lap while reading this post and he was soooo excited to see the doggies! He kept making me go back. I guess he would definitly get an "A" in your class VaBeach. That's all he has talked about for 15 min. Amanda

Wow I can add alot to this post. I would say my most difficult addiction is coffee, chocolate, italian bread and pasta pasta pasta pasta....hence the south beach diet is what I'm doing. I must say the first few days were hard but the diet really broke my addiction.

Awww that is SOOOOO cute! My doggie ABSOLUTELY LOVES kids! When she sees the neighborhood kids out playing she desperately tries to escape so she can go play with them!

So many addictions so little space. I'll just name a few....Smoking, The devil in disguise-my scale, this board, and my unsweet tea. It's amazing how much power that stupid scale has. It controls the entire day. I can not fight it. Way too powerful. Oh yeah, chocolate, but only when TOM comes a knocking. What can I say, I wanna be a good host for my guests.
