Question
Just wondering if anyone would like to share some recipes since its the Holiday's and we're most likely all gonna be cooking and baking. What are your favorite things to eat, what's the recipe? Share all please! I love collecting recipes and would love to share some with you all too!!

Here is a favorite holiday dish of mine

Layered Salad

1/2 lb Bacon crispy
1 large head of lettuce chopped
1 red onion, chopped
10 oz of shredded cheddar cheese
1 cups cauliflower, chopped
1 cup broccoli, chopped
6-8 hard boiled eggs
1 1/4 fatt free mayonaise
2 tablespoons Splenda

Layer lettuce, cheese, cauiliflower, broccoli, cheese, eggs, onion, and bacon. Mix mayonaise and splenda, and spoon over salad. Refridgerate until chilled. Yummy!!

Hi, great recipe, thanks for sharing. If you go lower on the forum home page, under Helping Others, look for recipes, there are some great stuff that you can try. Some great low cal stuff & also some sweet stuff for the Holidays. Check it out.

My friend bakes everything healthy, unfortunately I'm not talented enough to make anything from scratch or even close. Here are some of things she substitutes with to make her stuff healthy:

Oil = banana or applesauce (I'm not sure how much but you can find it if you do a google)
Sugar = Splenda
Butter = Spray Butter
Cans of pumpkin in just all her baked goods for fiber and nutrients
Ground beef = ground turkey
