Hi, me again!
It's been a month since I started phen and I lost 13.2 pounds and 2 inches off my waist and hips respectively, 1 off my chect and thigh. Not fabulous but I am happy, I guess since it is at least coming off slowly. I think contour of my face has also slim down. I am pressing on and hope to make it to my goal slow n steady.

I weigh again this am and I am actually 2pounds lighter since I ususally visit dr in evening and weigh heavier then with work clothes and all.

Thanks for support, just want to share and I will check in regularly.
ht : 5'3'
sw : 200 (on 1/7/05)
cw : 193 or 189 (depending on which scale!)on 20/7/05
cw : 186 (on 2/8/05)
gw : 130
