Hey bobbiebeamer, I've heard some people say they had headaches, but eventually they went away. If it gets bad, make sure to take bp and see doc. Also, maybe take motrin or tylenon to help ease the discomfort. Are you drinking enough water and eating enough? I'm thinking some said it lasted for maybe 2-3 days. Make sure to take care of this. Good luck girl.

I started Phen on Sat. and had bad headaches through day 4. Hopefully just a few more days and you will feel better.

today is my first day on phen and i have a huge headache....i took advil hopefully it will work
I'm on day 2 also and had a nasty headache. I didn't eat much yesterday and my body is used to eating a ton so I think that's why. I drank a ton of water so I know I wasn't dehydrated. I took a couple Ibuprofen and ate some food and it went away.
I always have headaches on Phen, it is one of the side effects, and is sometimes worse for others. Like me, so I keep the bottles of Extra Strength Tylenols Rapid Release Tablets in my purse and pop 2 when needed. It helps after a week you will not get them as much.
Thank you all. I have taken some aleive but it doesn't seem to ease. I did seem a little less painful last night then I went to sleep. Woke up and in 2 hrs it is back. I had heard about the headaches but didn't think like this.
I have lost 5lbs in 3 days though. Yipee
I've never gotten a headache from phen. I wonder why some people do and some people don't.
