I just got back from GNC and I was looking at internal cleansing things. I found this one that was called Triple Cleanse.

It says that it is a three week treatment in sections.

Week 1 Colon Prep. prepairs the colon by providing a calming effect and creating the right environment in the colon.

Week 2 Colon Flush. Gently flushes away unwanted debris and accumulated toxins from the digestive system w/ beneficial dietary support

Week 3 colon renew. Introduces beneficial probiotics important in promoting the health of the digestive track.

The guy at GNC said that he would not take this with phen at least not the second week because it has lots of fiber so you would have problems absorbing the phen. I was wondering if any of you have used a clenser and if so which one and the results. I didn't buy this I wanted to wait and hear from you all on the cleansing. I get plenty of fiber but have not ever been regular and I know that it is not good so i am looking for a way to better improve my colon health before I just hire a roto reuter. HA

I use to go a colon hydrotherpist because I started to be come very tender in my stomach and wanted to clense myself. She told me to drink some Aloe Vera Juice it helps cleanse your system (and made it easier for her) . You can buy GNC brand b/c it has flavor, but i like the natural one which can be brought at a natural foods store (mix with juice--has bitter taste).

Also there is a gentle detox liquid tea called Flora Essence.

But I must say my grandma's favorite Golden Seal Tea ...the tea not pill. And good ol H20.---Greens and apples

These aren't for weight loss but aids in getting rid of waste and toxins.


Perhaps you can look into these.

I was just on GNC's website yesterday looking at the Tripe Cleanse myself. Glad you posted something before I bought it, I'll have to look into something else, let me know what you decide to do - it will help me out.

Well I am just not sure about that second week part but I would think that we could stop the phen for a week as scary as that is to me. But to get things working better down there would probably be worth it right? Anyone else have an opinion on the whole colon thing.

I'm not sure how it is with phen, but when I used to sell a brand of dietary supplements and weight loss pills, you were supposed to quit taking everything when you cleansed. This way it gave your body a break and cleansed, then when you finished cleansing, you would come back full force in losing again. You're body would plateau at certain points, that's why we would cleanse. Just a thought to throw in!

I'VE NEVER HEARD ABOUT THE FIBER MESSING UP YOUR PHEN ABSORTION...HMM I NEED TO KNOW IF THIS IS TOTALLY TRUE BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN TAKING BENEFIBER EVERY DAY AND I HAVNT LOST ANY WEIGHT IN LIKE 3 WEEKS. Check out "Dr. Natura". I tried it, and it worked for the first week, then I started phen, and I wanted to be cautious so I didn't mix.
