PICS==45 LBS LOST==UPDATED PICS

I have lost 45 pounds now to date. I still have about 35 more to go, I would like to be at 130 like I was when I was 18. That is my goal weight. I took these pictures of myself this past weekend to track my progress:

Me in my new tubetop/skirt outfit (I could never wear things like this before).

Me upclose (yikes! too close)

This is my sideview...I have a while to go, but it's okay for my half-way point. I still have a small "pooch" from my c-section last year, still working on it though...

Bad pictures...in the middle of blinking!!

Another "mid-point" sideview (tried to take it with my arms up, so they wouldn't be in the way) Yes, that is my hair...it's real not weeve (ha ha)

Wish me luck on these last 35 pounds...there will be more pictures to come. At the end is when I will show you my "before" picture when I weighed over a massive 200 pounds...

Great job juice!! You look awesome.I love the up close pic- shows your face.Your very pretty.I use to have long hair like that when I was younger(like elem/middle school age)-it was a job to take care of.Just recently got mine all chopped off above my shoulders-needed a change and just went with it.It was about a about 3-4 inches past my shoulders so this was a BIG change for me,never has been this short.Good luck with your last 35.I am down to trying to lose my last 15-20.Good luck to ya! Yes Tonia...it is a job taking care of hair this long. Do you have a picture I can see of your hair now? I wish I could wear my hair that short, but my face is too "round" ha ha.

So you only have 15-20 pounds left? That is awesome...I can't wait until I can say that because 15 is a lot easier to lose than 35 (frown). Anyhow...good luck, and when can I see pictures of you??

You may run and vomit when I show you the "before" picture...ha ha ha just kidding, but don't worry...after I lose these last 35 pounds, I will post a picture that was taken at my highest weight after my son was born last year.

Juice- Let me say its be a bigger battle losing this last 20 than it was losing almost 30! I have not lost but 3-4 pounds in a couple months and its really starting to get old.Cant give up though,only keeping pushing foward.I know people are sick of seeing that # and I am too!!Going to gym reg now and pushing alot more water than I was so maybe that will give me my boost to over come this. As far as a Pic, I cant figure out how to post them.A friend was going to do it for me but we always forget and get busy.Tried and tried but I am computer stupid!!lol Hey I can e- mail ya one.Could you post one for me if I was to do that?? Wow! what an insiration. I keep thinking I need to get my photos up here from my beginning -260 lbs to current, so I can track my weightloss visually. I procrastinate tho...hopefully one of these days.

Wow,
I didn't think I was going to get such a great response from everyone. Well, I want to let you all know that I couldn't have lost these first 45 pounds without all of your support and encouragement. All of you ladies along with phentermine, exercise and 1200 calories a day has made this possible. I give all the credit to the man up above and phentermine.com forums for the help and support that I needed to keep pushing me.

Yes Misty...I am still on Phentermine. I am taking the Amide version, the white tablets with the "A159" marked on the back. They also have blue specks and they are oval shaped (37.5mg).

Some of you think I don't need to lose 35 more pounds, but my stomach is still really flabby and fat, also around the "thigh area", neck, and also my arms could maybe slim down a little around the armpit area (I know you are laughing, but yes, I have fat armpits...lol).

Anyways...I will keep you all posted, and like I said...when I get to goal (with your continued support and hard work) I will then post the picture that will shock your shoes off!!

I know these last 35 pounds will be the hardest, so I need to be focused....

Thanks for reading and caring again...thank you so much and all you women are great! Your husbands, boyfriends and families are all lucky to have such awesome women in their lives!!!

As everyone has said - you already look fantastic! I don't see where the additional 35 pounds will come from either, and if you didn't lose it, you would still look great!!! May I ask how long it has taken you to lose the 45 pounds? Again, congratulations - you look great!

Hey 4cats...thank you so much for the compliment. I started phentermine in April of this year. My highest weight was 209 pounds in January of this year, but I lost like 12 of it on my own....so all together, 197lbs when I started phentermine in April...so...April, May and June I have lost 32 pounds in 2 1/2 to 3 months.

Yeah..the phentermine works great, but I have also changed my lifestyle DRAMATICALLY!!! Went from eating over 3500 calories a day, drinking no water and no exercise to 1200 calories or less, water and exercise...

Every little bit helps!!!

You've got a good plan going there!

That is exactly what I need to do too - I don't drink much water... it's so hard for me to drink, and I don't like it with lemon either. I am going to get some of the Raspberry Dasani water today and see how that goes. I'm also going to start exercising more as well, since the phen gives me more energy. It has definitely worked for you!!!! *two thumbs up to you*

Truluvin....how recent is your signature picture? You are so pretty...I think people with dimples are soooo cute (my son has them, but not from me).

Do you have your nose pierced? I thought about doing that once, but I was too scared. Now I can't do it, because I am active duty military and can't wear it in uniform. Did it hurt???
