OK, so who watches this show???

I just had to brag because they are doing a house about 5 miles from my work for a couple who had sextuplets about a year or two ago, not to mention they already had one child. Anyways, the company I work for donated coffee to all the workers and I got to go help take it over there and I was soooooo like 2 feet from Ty and Micheal and Paul!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was there during the middle of them tearing the house down and got to see when Ty always does the segment of him in the middle of the half torn down house. It was awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The show will air in about 6-8 weeks so if you watch it all the time, be sure to keep an eye out for the sextuplet couple in Centerpoint, Alabama.

I remember the people with the sextuplets!!! They were all over the news back home! That is so awesome that they are doing that!!! You are so lucky to have been so close- TY is so HOT!!!

Yeah I always cry too.My husband's company is doing the show Feb.15th but the house is like 2hrs.away I want to go so bad I have begged my husband maybe I can kiss up and just be able to go through the house and look at it when it's finished.I know all the little secrets now on how the actually finish these houses in like 5-days.I'am more excited than my husband.Can you guys tell

Monifa, I have learned a lot too. They are actually around for 8 days. Just like in this instance, they surprised the family on Monday, but they didn't start tearing down the house until Wednesday and the family is coming home this coming Monday, so technically, they build the house in 5 1/2 days not 7. But once they tear the house down, they go 24 hours a day. They do pre-build stuff though and basically put it together like a puzzle when they are building. Another thing I learned, Ty is not on site the whole time. Just like he left town yesterday afternoon and he won't be back until Sunday. Somehow though, they make it look like he is there the whole time. And, when they charge into the house to tear it down, they do that like several different times because that is basically acting. The whole putting holes in the wall and tearing stuff up inside, that is just for show because the big bulldozers is what actually tears down the house. Just a few tidbits.

Update on the house:
They got the house tore down yesterday afternoon and by this morning, they already had the first floor and a lot of the second floor already framed and that was at like 6 this morning. Like I said earlier, the family will be home Monday sometime between 1 and 4, I am going to try my best to be there if work permits. I know my husband and I are going to go by sometime this weekend to see the progress, but I will write more details if I hear anything later.

I am going by tomorrow morning for sure to show my husband and to see some more of the progress. They are showing live updates on the local abc station, but it is much cooler to see it in person. I could stand out there all day and watch them work, it is just so amazing how fast they are moving and how many people are working at once. Definately a cool experiance.

It's one of my favorite shows! It always inspires me and I end up crying.....Even when I visit the website to read up on episodes I missed, I start to tear up. The stories are so heartbreaking and the families are all deserving. Such a great show to watch and a great way to start the week!
